What union and local are you affiliated with?
We are organized with the United Food and Commercial Worker local 175.

Can I get samples before I purchase?
Yes, email us at info@unionmadestickers.com to receive your free sample pack.


How long will your stickers last?
The durability of your stickers will vary depending on surface placement, care and weather exposure. Regardless, our stickers are built to last and are fade resistant for 1-3 years.


Are your stickers weatherproof?
Yes, our stickers are made to withstand exposure to various weather conditions.


Can I order stickers with my own design?
Definitely! When ordering your stickers, you have the option to upload a design which we will send you a proof of before printing.


Can you design stickers for me?
Our graphic department can bring your sticker design to life. Simply let us know what you require and we will design a sample for you.


Will my stickers have your union bug on them?
Yes, we will include our union bug on your sticker. If you choose to not have this, let us know and we can remove it for you.


Do you offer hard hat stickers?
Yes, we print premium quality hard hat stickers for you and your union members.


Can you make window stickers?

Do you print reflective stickers?
Yes, we can print reflective stickers using a design of your choosing.

Shipping Questions: 


How much does shipping cost?
Based on your order value and location, shipping will be calculated for you at checkout.


How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your stickers within 8-10 business days, however, delivery times can vary depending on your shipping location.


Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do. If you need your items fast, select our expedited shipping option when checking out.


Do you allow split shipments?
We don't support splitting one order into multiple shipments going to separate addresses. As of now, you will need to list one shipping address when checking out online.


Can I pay for my order with a P.O?
Yes if you are the Business Manager (or an authorized financial officer) for your Local when checking out just select “Purchase Order” as your payment option.

Payment & Proof Questions:

Can I request a change after I approve my proof?
No, changes cannot be made after proof approval. Review your proof carefully before approving it. Once it's approved we automatically add your order to our production queue and aim to ship it as fast as possible.


Do I receive a proof of my order?
Yes our team will send you a free artwork proof before printing after you have completed your purchase online. If you require any further changes, you can let us know and we will update your design for you.

 Artwork Questions:


What kind of artwork files are accepted when I upload my own design?
We would prefer a vector file such as an .ai, . eps, or even an editable .pdf. If that is not possible a high resolution .jpg or .png will work as well. If you only have a blurry, low resolution file, you have the option to request us to re-create your image for an additional fee.

Are there limits to the file size I can upload?
Yes, the maximum file size you can upload is 5MB, with a maximum image size of 4032 x 4032.


What happens with the photos I upload?
Input files are deleted after processing. The output files are permanently deleted after 7 days.


How do I indicate a cut line in my artwork?
We'll automatically create a cut line for you and show how we intend to cut your custom stickers by providing an online proof. You can request changes to your proof until it looks exactly how you want.

If you'd like to indicate the cut line yourself, we recommend using a vector based stroke. It's helpful if you do this but not required.
